Like The Mont offering memorandum, I created the Laredo Class ‘A’ offering memorandum. This project was more complicated than a typical OM because it wasn’t just one property being sold. Instead, two properties were being sold as a portfolio.

Both properties were upscale apartments which were being sold near downtown Laredo, TX. The properties brandmarks had already been established when I began the project. It was my responsibility to create the offering memorandum in efforts to sell the portfolio.

Overall the offering memorandum was over fifty-eight pages with eight sections, six aerial maps all designed in Adobe Illustrator and over twenty five custom tables built in Adobe InDesign. Some other content included all the different floorplans that were in each property, the financial and location analysis, unit features, market highlights and rent comparisons.
