While working at Stream Realty Partners, a large amount of my time was dedicated to managing the Solea brand. Solea is an upscale and luxurious active adult community for seniors 55 and older.

The Solea brandmark had already been established when I began working at Stream. It was my task to take this logo and bring it to life. One project I knew we needed to address was creating a style manual. Displayed are a few of the pages out of the style manual as well as other marketing materials pertaining to the brand.
