While working as the Graphic Designer at Stream Realty Partners, I was privileged to build the Mont brand from the ground up. In addition, I prepared an offering memorandum which was sent to potential investors.
The Mont is an upscale apartment which is in the process of being built near the heart of downtown Austin, TX. It features first class amenities, excellent views and is just a walk away from several nature trails. I started the project by researching the area, the demographics, and what the needs were of a potential resident.
I knew the brand needed to be fresh and trendy without being to bold and over the top. Picking the right color scheme was vital in this project. I started with a dominate Red at first and in the end picked a vibrant magenta. The downtown skyline is very recognizable to Austin residents, but I wanted to personalize it somehow. The final brandmark incorporated two hues of magenta, an apartment silhouette and the letter “M” as a supporting design element.
To the right are a few pages of the OM. Included is the table of contents, a section divider page, an aerial map which highlights what retail and entertainment is nearby as well as a page which explains the apartment features. Overall the OM was over forty pages with five sections, forty aerial maps all designed in Adobe Illustrator and an elaborate amount of content to satisfy any investor
