While a Graphic Designer at JLL, I designed many offering memorandums (OM). One of these was The Cove, a 689-unit multifamily property in Tampa, Florida.

JLL hired professional photographers to capture aerial shots of the property being offered. Getting great photography for design related projects is vital - especially in real estate. A good example of taking an excellent photo is in it’s use in a front cover. This type of front cover sets the tone and foundation for the rest of the OM pages.

Beneath the TOC is a page out of the financials. All financials were built in InDesign for readability and clarity.

The last two pages I chose to highlight are one of the 5 aerial maps from the OM and the back cover.
