As one of the Graphic Designers for the Multifamily sector of Stream Realty Partners, I created the Quarter which is a summary of the multifamily market in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. The Quarter was used to familiarize potential investors on how the state of the market was doing as well as indicate were potential opportunities lie in each market.

The twenty page document which was built in Adobe InDesign was produced each quarter using the same template which I created minus a few adjustments to the overall design. Some of the design features include custom infographics, graphs, charts and unique aerial maps which showcase the surrounding area. The cover and tone of the project hints that this is not just one of your typical market reports. The final document was prepared for web and sent electronically.
